It's milestone week!

Testing:

We always invite members of the community
to hammer on Eclipse during this week to find regressions and other issues.
 The committers will be concentrating their test efforts on the areas
that changed during M4, verifying bugs where possible.  For additional

M5 Planning:

I have updated the 3.7 plan to reflect
