[pde-dev] PDE Visualization is now available

I finally closed the loops on the build and publishing of builds.

To add it to your Eclipse install, here's the repository to use:

If you have enhancement ideas or find bugs, please file them against PDE.

If you want to contribute to the effort, please do as patches are
welcome. I would like to see:
    - features visualized
    - packages visualized
    - cycles easier to find
