Darin Wright has expired the commit rights for Dejan Glozic (dejan).  The
reason for this change is:

Dejan Glozic, *the* PDE pioneer, is being promoted to Committer Emeritus
status. Dejan is busy with other work and does not plan on contributing to
PDE in the forseeable future.

A big thank you for all Dejan's hard work, innovation, and leadership.

To honor Dejan Glozic's contributions to the project, Darin Wright has
nominated Dejan Glozic for Committer Emeritus status.
