[pde-dev] Endgame for 3.5.1

The first Galileo SR1 build is on the horizon (http://wiki.eclipse.org/Galileo#SR1). This means we should start wrapping up any 3.5.1 bugs that we have.

I went through our bug list and on the bright side, we only have 7 bugs. Please look at them.
