[pde-dev] Launch wizard from java for create web service

Hi, I am developing a plugin for eclipse and I would like to launch the
wizard to create a web service when you select a menu option and also can
change the parameters that are default (EAR project name, service runtime,
etc).

The wizard must be in the webtools plugin but I can not find it.

The following image is the wizard that I want to launch.

Thanks and excuse me for my English
