I am seeing exactly the same thing. The choice of target provisioners is
there in eclipse-SDK 3.4.1, but eclipse-jee-ganymede-SR1 jumps straight to
the File System provisioner.
(And to borrow from later in the thread, I'm not sure a target definition
will help me. It doesn't seem to support update sites in Additional
Locations, just file system provisioning.)
