Chris and PDE developers,

Congratulations on your successful Graduation Review! The code may now  
move from the incubator into its parent project.

Here are the next steps in the process: 1) open a bug assigned to  
Webmaster asking for the infrastructure tasks to be done to facilitate  
component graduation; and 2) work with EMO Legal (emo-ip-team@xxxxxxxxxxx 
) to make sure the required committer agreements are in place. Please  
cc emo on the bug and on emails with the IP Team.
