I've updated the pde map for API tools:

The map file has been updated for the following Bug changes:
+ Bug 218571. test suite required for incremental builder (ASSIGNED)
+ Bug 232404. API tools javadoc tags on enum or annotation types 
(REOPENED)
+ Bug 234023. Tag scanner does not respect source level (FIXED)
+ Bug 235820. Remove use of ExportPackageDescription.isRoot() (FIXED)
+ Bug 235822. "Comparing 'project' to API baseline..." message could be 
better (FIXED)
+ Bug 236687. NPE opening the errors / warnings property page (ASSIGNED)
+ Bug 236734. No baseline equals no scanning for analysis that doesn't 
require a baseline (FIXED)
+ Bug 236942. Not all tag problems are reported (FIXED)
