Well, as you can see in my Eclipse CVS view, it does exist. Remember, this is 
the org.eclipse.pde.ui plugin, not org.eclipse.pde. I posted to the pde-ui-dev 
list as well, looking for an answer.

If you can't find int in the CVS browser, is there a possibility that the file 
indexing is out of sync or something? I don't know the ins-and-outs of CVS file 
services, but could that be the problem?
