Hi All

I am trying to get cdt plugin from the update site ,

I followed these instructions

in the Help menu ,software Updates and then Find and Install, -> Search for new features to install and click Next , then New Remote Site to add an update site with the URL: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/eclipse3.1

It is getting all the mirror sites , but failing to fetch the cdt,

What is the problem?
