again..................

I have implemented all the necessary methods such as fillCoolBar and
fillActionBars, etc....but the toolbar still doesnt appear. 
i checked the log and there are no errors and the above mentioned
methods are also being called. The options appear in the top main menu,
but the Main toolbar  doesnt.

Am i missing something ? Is there any toolbar specific entry in the
plugin.xml ?
