Hi all there,

I have developed a plugin that handle columns in
JavaEditor and TextEditor.  There are some utilities
such as Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Align, Fill, Trim,
Upper Case, Lower Case and other ones.  I would like
to add those to Eclipse in order to share with all
developers.  How can i do that ?
