[pde-dev] Plug-in dependencies disappearing on re-start

Hi,
I am having a problem with the PDE, any help is
appreciated.
I am migrating a 2.1 plugin, and the project compiles
after the automatic migration.
I can see all the plugin dependencies have been
imported. However, after a re-start, the dependencies
list is empty, and there are compilation errors.
What's more I can't add any plug-in dependencies, and
PDE Tools->Update Classpath does not help.
