SELECT THE PROJECT -->SYNCHRONIZE WITH REPOSITORY-> SELECT THE FILES YOU 
WANT TO UPDATE FROM CVS AND SAY UPDATE.

I have simply deleted the folder in local copy which contained some info.Now 
 I want to checkout from cvs that deleted contents to that local 
directory.How do i do this.?
