hI,
I've replied for the similar problem some where around march 2004, you
can look in to it.
best way to avoid dependency is keep the business process as utility jars,
in our case it is the process of refactoring.

I am currently using M8. When I try to call
ABCPlugin.getDefault() in for example, XYZPlugin,
the getDefault() return me null. I am wondering is
Eclispe way of discouraging dependencies between
project?
