I'm looking for a formal description of two types
(I think) of map 
files. The typcial releng-map (a CVS folder with .map files appointing
source) and the Orbit style maps, i.e. 
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R200709171314/directory.txt.

Buckminster is able to use those maps today but thats more due to 
qualified guesswork then anything else. Is there a formal description 
for them somewhere?
