I have solved this. It was an error on my part. I defined an Ant property called eclipse.base. That overwrote the Ant
property used in the PDE build. I have fixed this and everything is working fine.
Is there a list of reserved Ant properties used by the PDE build?

I'm getting this build failure. Is there any way to turn on debugging so I can see which file it is reading and getting the IO
error? Please tell me if more information is needed to solve this.
