[pde-build-dev] javacFailOnError property has not effect on stopping PDE

Hi,

I have a strange problem while trying to build a a RCP application which
contains multiple plugins.

I am setting javacFailOnError=true in build.properties, but seems to have no
effect, while compilation fails but still eclipse AntRunner application
doest not stop the build and continue to execute next target. Following is
