Thomas, my understanding is that  all
projects can use the same certificate for signing.  You do not have
access to the certificate yourself, but send your zips or jars to be signed
on an eclipse.org server.

Do Eclipse have a Certificate that Technology projects could use for Jar
signing? If so, where can I obtain it?
