[pde-build-dev] Schema definition for .product file

Is there a schema somewhere that defines all the pieces of a .product file?  I want to make a minimalist maven mojo that can parse this file and do what is required.  Later I hope to refactor the pde code so that both maven and pde can use it but right now project deadlines and looming.
