I nominate Andrew Niefer for commit rights for the PDE/Build component.

Andrew has been working with the PDE/Build team for several months now and
has been submitting quality patches. Lately he has also been working
closely with the Platform/Releng team to deliver new PDE/Build features
necessary to make the Eclipse 3.2 and Callisto releases happen.

PDE/Build committers of the world unite and join me in giving your +1 for
Andrew.
