Hi Pascal,

thank you for the pointer. I am studying the documentation now and it refers 
to some org.eclipse.releng plugins which are not present in my eclipse 3.1 
distribution. I do find scripts like the genericTargets.xml in 
org.eclipse.pde.build.

So have the plug-ins moved (been renamed) or do I need more download beyond 
the current eclipse SDK?
