[pde-build-dev] How can I convert a swing application to an eclipse plug

Hello I need your help.

I have a java swing application and I want to coverted to an eclipse
3.1 plugin. I did it using the "Hello word" plug-in example , but 
I have problem finding the files, .properties and icons because the
path change, I'd would like to pack all the project (.class, .java,
.xml, etc) to make it work as a plug-in.

I would like to know the best way to fix my project, or any help you can give me about this.

Sorry if my english is not so good but I speak spanish and I'm trying.
