[pde-build-dev] team pages moved

The Platform/Core and PDE/Build team
pages have been moved to a new CVS repository to support native web serving,
PHP etc.  See
        https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=110198
for details on how to edit and manage
the site content.

Note that the web visible URLs now change
as well.  The new form is 
        http://eclipse.org/eclipse/platform-core/
        http://eclipse.org/eclipse/pde-build/
We no longer have to have the viewcvs
markup in the url.  There is a challenge to forward the old pages
to the new site.  I've asked the webmaster for tips on how to forward
effectively.
