[pde-build-dev] automated product export - (repost)

hi every one,

I'm trying to understand how to configure a script that will build an
eclipse-base product in an automated way.

From what I've seen reading the code of eclipse, this is done through the :
 org.eclipse.pde.internal.ui.build.ProductExportJob
This class generates do some configuration job then generate and execute ant
scripts using its mother class. 

Is there a way of automating this build? is there a working tool I've been
missing?
