[pde-build-dev] Adding External Jars to Plugin Classpath

Hi,

I am developing a plugin which need to talk to databse usign JDBC drivers. I am
not able to figure out how to add the required JDBC driver jar files to the
Plugin Runtime. I tried to various bug posts, but could not figure out how to
do it.

I would appreciate if anybody can help me in adding the JDBC driver to the
plugin runtime classpath.
