Re: [paho-dev] Slack for Eclipse IoT was: Resumption of Paho Project Conference Calls

Will the #paho slack team and channel be public or private (ie. by invitation only)?

Cc’ing the IoT PMC on this – would it make sense to have an Eclipse IoT slack channel, and then projects like Paho could hang out on a #paho channel (or anything, really)?

Hi Kamil,

I think a Slack channel is a great idea to try.  It certainly works for us at work.  Please do set one up.

Thanks!

Hi,

Once a month could work.

What might be also worth considering, whether in addition or instead, is a Slack channel. I can set it up next week and send the links. What do you think?

Hello all,

as the number of committers and contributors on the Paho project has continued to increase, I'm thinking that resuming the regular Paho project calls would be useful, to improve the contact between us all.   It used to be quite straightforward for me to keep track of the main activities, but now that's not so easy!  The calls used to be bi-weekly:

I'm thinking once a month might be a good frequency.  Thoughts?

Ian
