Hi Ian,

Yes please - would be good to add some info about mqtt-spy to the Paho web site.

I'd suggest the following:

  * https://eclipse.org/paho/downloads.php - update the links to the
download page and GitHub repo (from kamilfb/mqtt-spy ->
eclipse/paho.mqtt-spy)
  * possibly split the "Experimental" table into Clients and Tools?
  * add a section about mqtt-spy to
https://eclipse.org/paho/clients/tool/ - happy to provide the content
- let me know who to send it to...
