Hi,

At the moment, there is a small blocker on releasing the Android 1.1.0 library fully.
We've now started building the Android library using the Gradle Build System and so more work is required to release it on Maven Central.

However, the Library is available on the eclipse repository here: https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/paho-releases/org/eclipse/paho/org.eclipse.paho.android.service/1.1.0/

Once the library is released on Maven central (so that developers do not have to add the extra eclipse maven repository into their build scripts) there will be a more public announcement.
