[paho-dev] Paho Android Service 1.0.3 Release

don't know where to ask, so I hope I don't bother you asking here where the devs are.

I had some bugs regarding receiving multiple callbacks/connections after reconnecting a paho 1.0.2 AndroidMqttClient. I could workaround this when using a snapshot version of 1.0.3 and calling unregisterResources() followed by registerResources(Context) before again calling connect.

Are there any estimates when 1.0.3 final will be released? We would like to use it in a project and I guess that using a snapshot library in a production version is not generally well perceived here.
