[paho-dev] MQTT interop test event

We are thinking of organizing an MQTT Interop test event at EclipseCon 
NA, March 7-10 in Reston, VA. The goal is to test the interoperability 
between different MQTT clients and brokers.

This would be similar to the event we ran in 2014.

At this point, I'd like to see who is interested in participating in 
this type of event. Please let me know if you think an interop test 
event is a good idea and if you would be interested in participating.
