[paho-dev] Should we move Paho repoositories to GitHub?

After recent discussions about pull requests on Github, the I realized 
that only 3 of the Paho repos were being mirrored to Github, and those 
weren't up to date, and that the service is being sunset.

It seems to me that having project repos on Github is a good way of 
encouraging contributions and visibility.  So I am thinking about the 
possibility of moving the Paho repos to Github, as documented here:

I think that this would mean:

    - accepting Github pull requests (and Bugzilla contributions). 
Presumably Gerrit would not work any more?
    - still using Eclipse Bugzilla for bugs/features.  There is an 
ongoing discussion about Github issues, which has not been resolved, as 
far as I know.

Views?  Pros?  Cons?
