[paho-dev] ECF 3.8 using paho mqtt

Hi Folks,

fyi, just released ECF 3.8.0 has a new OSGi remote services provider 
that uses mqtt...i.e. the paho java client version 0.4.0 [1].

Just in case folks on this list aren't familiar OSGi remote 
services...it's an R5 standard for remoting arbitrary OSGi services and 
ECF has a compliant impl of that standard.
