[paho-dev] Python repositories - fresh update required

Dear all,

Due to a misunderstanding on my part when I transferred the Python
client from mosquitto to Paho, I have had to recreate the Python
repository from scratch. The code hasn't changed, but the history has.
This means that if you have checked out a copy of the Python
repository you will need to get a fresh copy in order to be able to
get updates and/or push contributions.

I apologise for the inconvenience.
