While I feel comfortable of our general understanding of the Eclipse process now, we haven't yet made a milestone release so I would not want to request a Graduation Review at this time.

However, one thing that would change in relation to this would be that a future GR would be under the new PMC for the M2M TLP rather than under Technology.
