[paho-dev] New component needed for Paho bugzilla?

Just logging a couple of minor issues against the Eclipse Paho Client View (aka the Eurotech Eclipse MQTT test tool) and the only option for "component" against Paho is "MQTT" i.e. the client(s).  

This probably comes back to the discussion last week about restructuring the git repository to reflect what Paho actually contains.

Scott, I guess you're the only one able to do this? Or can any of the committers change this?
