Here's an example I always start with: http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.e4.releng.git/tree/org.eclipse.e4.builder/builder/general/mirror-jface.xml

I know you can slice a repo for "latestVersionOnly", I'm less sure about for specific qualifier (unless it was exposed as a property, and I don't think it is)
