Great work everyone on another Eclipse release -- Especially Pascal who did the bulk of the p2 work this year! I wrote a summary of the new features here [0].

I've tagged our Kepler release [1] and updated the references to our parent poms (so they point to version 4.4) [2].

Before we do any maintenance work, we need to create a maintenance branch. Since I don't have shell access, I'm not able to do this. John, can you handle this?
