There used to be the p2 admin app, but I'm not sure what state it is in these days so you would most likely have to build it from source.
There is also Igor's p2 browser app but I've never used it myself https://github.com/ifedorenko/p2-browser

Are there any p2 repository search/analysis/report tools available for 
p2?   e.g. something where you could easily define and submit simple 
queries on one or more repositories?
