Re: [p2-dev] Can install order be influenced?

There is no out of the box support for this in p2. The planner fills the plan without doing any sorting.

I do agree that for install purpose this is starting to be necessary, and I can see two possibilities
1 - Get the provisioning plan and reorder the elements in the plan manually (yuck)
2 - Have the planner do that for you based on the dependency information.

#2 - is probably the easiest and useful to most ppl.
