[p2-dev] Product updates broken on win32 w/embedded jre? (Eclipse 3.5.2

Hi,

I'm testing my p2 repo capability to do product updates and it is working fine on Linux, but failing on Windows.

Our product has to ship with an embedded JRE on Windows. How can I get product updates working? Is there a way to have the product update skip the root files to avoid this issue? JRE won't change often, it'd be reasonable to have the customer reinstall in such a case.
