Jeff, thanks for your reply.
I guess, I’m really having the problem of finding the diff between what the IDE does vs. what I’m doing in my build.
I’ve read through lots of pages already and even started debugging the PDE part of the IDE.

So if there’s a good chance to understand by reading your book, that sounds like a good choice :-)
