[p2-dev] HEAD is re-opened for business

Given all the efforts that went in in the last few days to fix the most outstanding bugs that crept while we were having fun in the branch, I think we are in a pretty good shape to declare readiness for M5.
At this point I'm re-opening HEAD for business.
Should any major problem occur for M5, we will just branch the necessary projects.
