[p2-dev] Deleting org.eclipse.equinox.p2.tools

Given that most of the functionality of the org.eclipse.equinox.p2.tools bundle has been superseded by org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository.tools and the coming verification bundles, I'm proposing to delete this bundle.
Any objection?
