[p2-dev] NTLM v2 testing required

The ECF and p2 teams have been working on fixing the infamous problem preventing p2 to connect when run behind an NTLM v2 proxy.
We now have a fix in hand that we would like people to try in their environments so we can decide on the inclusion of the fix in 3.5.1.
To try out the fix, simply download the binary patch https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=145800 and follow the instructions on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=287558#c7
