This looks very good overall. It looks like I will be able to use it
to do some fairly complex upgrade scenarios in a headless mode.
Currently, the DirectorApp seems to be suffering from 262660, where
the org.eclipse.ecf.internal.provider.filetransfer.Activator doesn't
always get activated. Currently I've got a case that is wedged so I'm
reading though that bug to figure out the patch.
