[p2-dev] Generator Problem

We introduced a category prefix because we had a problem where category IUs were being considered equal when they came from different repos.  This was added to the publisher, however, we still seem to have a problem with the generator.

272260: composite update site can't show the latest versions by category

Since some people will still be using the generator, I think this should be fixed there.  Do others agree?  Does anyone know if this has been addressed in the generator recently?
