[p2-dev] Coverage data updated

I ran all the p2 tests last night to
get the latest coverage data. There was a big increase in number of tests,
and a small increase in coverage (so we're at least keeping up with all
the new code going in). I updated the wiki page with the results:

If you have added significant new test
coverage since mid-day yesterday, let me know and I'll give it another
run.
