RE: [p2-dev] Mirroring to proxy repositories

All I know is that, when you delete the workspace the behaviour disappears (the downloads are not resumed).

I would have thought that downloads should only be resumed if the repositories from which the artifacts are being downloaded are still added and enabled in the P2 UI. Maybe I cancelled an install for a reason. Maybe I have decided I really to not want to install this stuff...

Yes, automatic resumption of interrupted downloads is by design.  I'd be surprised if these settings are stored in your workspace though, rather than in the configuration directory.
