[p2-dev] Tagged p2 projects for 3.5 stream integration build

The map file has been updated for the
following Bug changes:
+ Bug 238312. Startup times are very
long when bundles are dropped into the dropins/plugins folder for large
installations. (FIXED)
+ Bug 241357. Getting exception when
launching test feature previuously copied to dropins folder (FIXED)
+ Bug 242632. Eclipse won't start as
non-root user when it is installed in two sites as root. (FIXED)
+ Bug 243302. Get rid of simpleconfigurator.manipulator
util package (FIXED)
